Benefitting el segundo kiwanis and the Greater south bay
Every third Saturday of September sees Downtown El Segundo, California shut down for the Main Street Fair. Over 6 city blocks on El Segundo’s Main Street are blocked off to create space for a street fair consisting of 125 local artisan vendors, a beer garden, a stage for local talent performances, a carnival and games for kids, and a great number of food booths and trucks.
It is an exciting time for the fair’s 3000 plus visiting attendees, and generations of El Segundo and South Bay locals and families have enjoyed this fun day and city tradition for over 30 years.
Barry Gribbon runs the Main Street Fair with the Kiwanis Club of El Segundo, which includes working with the city, managing all the vendors and talent, operating a beer garden, and much more.
